Our Promise To You

You’re going to love Couture Gel Nail Polish. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your Couture Gel Nail Polish kit and would like to return it for a refund (less a 20% re-stocking charge, and our original shipping charge) please request a return within 60 calendar days* of the receipt of the product. The entire kit must be returned in its original packaging.

Upon return, credit will be applied back to your original card, Paypal account or e-check.

Please note that Couture Gel Nail Polish does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:

Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels
Packages missing hardware components
Products returned without their original packaging
Shipping charges

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. Couture Gel Nail Polish does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund.

Note: Couture Gel Nail Polish recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Couture Gel Nail Polish or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 60-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

* Your Couture Gel Nail Polish kit must be returned within 60 days in its original packaging.
